JCW recently installed floor screed at the global pharmaceutical company, Astra Zeneca Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MS&T) laboratory in Speke as part of a new build project.
Astra Zeneca MS&T brings research scientists, manufacturing associates, engineers, quality professionals and support personnel together to push the boundaries of science and deliver life-changing medicines. The biologics team are currently working towards the UK’s child flu vaccination programme – developing a new vaccine to combat fresh flu strains and mutations.
In busy environments, like the lab in Speke, a screed floor ensures a smooth level surface that can withstand heavy foot traffic. And our team of experienced fitters used 400m² of 75mm 1:4 Tufscreed F (wheelbarrowed), 80mm of Cellecta X300, and 500/1200g of Polythene – all loose tipped and supplied by Mincrete Readymixed screeds concrete specialists.
