JCW successfully installed floor screeding at the new Porsche showroom as part of a new build project to give Preston a much-needed boost. The Porsche showroom was seen as a catalyst for regeneration.
Porsche revealed their plans to build the 43,000 sq/ft showroom on the junction of Watery Lane and Strand Road. Many people will drive past the showroom and are more inclined to stop by and take a look at the supercars.
The team of experienced fitters at JCW installed screed flooring at the new Porsche showroom which accommodates 35 cars, 12 workshop bays, 2 handover bays and charging facilities for electric cars.
Here at JCW, we supplied 1750m² of Tufscreed F (which was wheelbarrowed), SBR polymer grout and loose tipped screed for the Porsche Showroom in Preston – all supplied by Tarmac Building Products – to guarantee a smooth, level surface.
