JCW Floorscreeding was incorporated on November 9^th 1993 and this year the business, which has now laid over half a million tonnes of ready mixed floor screed, is 20 years old.

The founder Mr John Wilkins has over this time developed strong relationships with housebuilders, shopfitters and main contractors alike through efficiency and reliability. This has meant that JCW Floorscreeding has become a trusted element of many the supply chain.

2013 is a unique year at JCW Floorscreeding as it celebrates a true 20 years in business. To mark this special occasion the company has undergone a total rebrand of not only the floorscreeding company but the whole of the JCW Group including its three sister companies as detailed in previous news.

John C Wilkins started out in the screeding industry working from a small container operating 3 gangs of sand and cement floor screeders and have graduated to larger premises through hard work, good management and satisfied cliental nationwide resulting in repeat business. They are now working from a large office premises operating 12 gangs of sand and cement floor screeders and 2 gang of liquid screeders. As well as 6 gangs of acoustic floor layers.

This large workforce gives rise to the ability to complete a wide variety of works from small self build jobs to large commercial and shop units regardless of the programme requirements. At the moment we are working from Ayr nr Glasgow in Scotland to Eastbourne in Sussex highlighting our nationwide capability.

Our dry screed, floating screed and underfloor heating screed is supplied by all of the major manufacturers such as Tarmac, Premier Mortars, Cemex, Bardon and Lafarge. These companies provide us with the ability to obtain a high calibre of screed anywhere in the UK.
