JCW Floorscreeding – Your Nationwide Screeding Contractor

JCW Floorscreeding incorporated in 1993 are the longest standing specialist sand and cement floor screeding contractor in the UK. The newly named JCW Floorscreeding company has travelled all over the UK and have an experienced team of floor screeders that can ensure that your screeding requirements are dealt with quickly and efficiently from a small domestic dwelling to a large commercial project.

Recently completed projects in JCW’s domestic portfolio include house building projects in areas from Glasgow and Edinburgh in Scotland to Plymouth and Exeter in Devon. Many of these projects are for proud self builders where quality and professionalism are key. These projects generally include the laying of sand and cement or liquid screed over celotex insulation and underfloor heating systems with which JCW are very knowledgeable.

This extensive portfolio also extends into several other markets where JCW Floorscreeding are countrywide contractors including shopfitting, mainbuilding and refurbishment. Recently completed contracts include 3000m2 at Willowbank Primary School in Kilmarnock nr Glasgow. This consisted of some polymer bondedfloor screed and some screeds laid over underfloor heating. Other contracts include The 4000m2 Zara store on Oxford Street in London and a large 4000m2 apartment complex in Mirfield nr Leeds. The latter of these projects requiring a specialist robust detail sound insulation.

JCW Floorscreeding have recently rebranded the company and are working hard to remain market leaders in our field despite a difficult environment in the construction industry. These efforts have recently been rewarded with several contracts working in conjunction with contractors and local councils insulating, damp proofing and screeding 100s of social houses in Lancashire, Yorkshire and further afield.

In addition to this JCW Floorscreeding have been and are still working in conjunction with supermarket chain Morrisons and their main contractors carrying out projects in:

  • Worthing, West Sussex
  • Aldershot, Hampshire
  • Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
  • Consett, County Durham
  • Swinton, Greater Manchester.
