The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has revealed four new self-build sites in the latest drive from the Government to help aspiring self-builders. The sites that have been reserved for development by the HCA include: Urban Pioneers, Middlehaven. Oxley Park, Milton Keynes. Pound Lane South, Basildon. Lightmoor Village, Telford. Giving Land According to Planning Minister Nick Boles, young people who can’t afford to buy their own home should be given state owned plots of land so that they can build their own home on it.
